Our Services

We pride ourselves on the simplicity of the venue and our process. Our venue is very affordable to decorate as it is already equipped with beautiful rustic walls and lighting. Most of our brides have the caterer set the tables with the linens, and have their florist put their floral vases on each table… it’s that easy!

Reception package includes: 


  • Initial consultation​

  • Meeting two weeks prior to your event to discuss the timeline of your day 

  • Tables and chairs set up

  • A staff member on-site at all times to assist and answer any questions

  • Golf cart shuttle for your guests

  • Parking attendants 

  • Floral decorations of outside area

  • Use of bridal table backdrop 

  • Access to our preferred vendors list

  • Assistance in take down after your event

  • “Event coordinator" for the event that helps with coordinating the day, vendors, and suppliers with their services 

  • As far as vendors we are a unique venue in the sense that we let you choose the vendors that best fit your budget and needs for your special day. We don’t require you to use any specific vendors, but we give our clients access to our preferred vendors list where we can help guide you in the right direction.

  • Rehearsal practice 

  • White ceremony chairs 

  • Use of the wooden arch

  • Use of white wooden wagon

  • Use of whiskey barrels 

  • Bridal cottage for bride, bridesmaids, and mothers to get ready in

  • Ceremony site set-up
